We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously, selling products that are made from recycled plastics. We also have a range of used plastic storage boxes, crates and containers to ensure we support environmentally friendly practices. Using 100% recycled materials, which saved 99 trees in a year; we source the most ethical packaging too!
Looking after the environment is a key consideration for everyone at Solent Plastics and we do our utmost to protect our surroundings. Recycling conserves the planet’s natural resources including water, petroleum, natural gas and coal. It ensures plastics are reused, avoiding landfill sites, or being irresponsibly disposed of in our oceans.
As well as selling recycled plastic storage boxes, we’re great believers in the safe and responsible disposal of plastic products, so we also sell a range of recycling bins to help with customers’ efforts at home, work and school.
We use the respected courier DPD to deliver our reusable products, as their aim is to reduce their emissions to net zero by 2040 – they’ve already prevented 11 million kg of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere.
