60-litre Utz Rako Euro plastic stacking container
One of the most popular and practical containers in our range, the 60-litre Utz Rako 600 mm x 400 mm Euro stacking container is perfect for fast paced warehouse environments and distribution centres. Made by George Utz, who just happen to be one of the best known manufacturers in the business, it’s built for both manual handling and automated conveyor use. With ergonomic handgrips and a smooth base, handling is safe and efficient. As it's designed to European standard dimensions, it inter-stacks easily with other Euro containers, even from other manufacturers, so it’s ideal for palletisation, transport and shelf storage. Made from hygienic polypropylene, it’s resistant to chemicals, heat and cold, which means it's equally at home in a warehouse, vehicle, or food-safe environment.
The box holds up to 60 litres and weighs just 2.7kg, which is sturdy without being cumbersome. Internal dimensions are 558mm x 358mm x 309mm, so there’s plenty of usable space. These new containers are offered at a competitive price of £8.95 excluding VAT (£10.74 including tax), but if you’re bulk buying 45 or more, the price drops to £7.95 each without VAT (£9.54 with tax) – that’s a 12% saving.

75-litre extra-large heavy duty swingbar container
If you need something with more capacity and toughness, our used 75-litre extra-large heavy-duty plastic stack/nest swingbar container is a go-to for storage and heavy parts distribution. Although used, this rugged grey container is in good condition and still has years’ use left. You might find a few stickers or scuffs, but structurally, it’s solid and dependable.
Among its most useful features are the metal swingbars which allow you to either stack or nest the boxes, depending on whether the bars are in use, making them ideal for saving space in both storage and transport. The base and sides are solid, with small drainage holes that make it well-suited for storing items that might collect dust, debris or moisture. It’s also tough enough to handle heavy industrial use and irregular loads. With an external footprint of 710mm x 460mm x 350mm and an internal space of 599mm x 378mm x 310mm; at 4 kg, it’s built to last without being too heavy to manage. Each box can carry up to 75 litres of materials, making it ideal for bulkier stock.
So, these containers are £6.95 each excluding VAT (£8.34 including VAT), but if you buy 66 or more, you’ll get them for just £6.45 each – that’s a tidy 8% saving!
Used 700-litre folding Euro pallet box
For the really big jobs, you need an extra-large container: enter the Solent Plastics’ used 700-litre folding Euro pallet box with side opening flaps. The ultimate in heavy-duty container design, it is built for industrial environments and is perfect for warehousing, motorsport logistics and construction sites. It's robust and designed to be moved by forklift or pallet truck, thanks to its four reinforced feet.
Each pallet box is made from scratch-resistant HDPE and can take a load of up to 750kg, and up to 2,000kg when stacked four high. Folding sides make this box incredibly efficient when not in use, reducing the height to just 430mm. This means fewer trips, less space taken in storage and better overall efficiency. Side opening flaps allow easy loading and unloading without removing the top. Despite being used, they’re in great condition. Internal dimensions are 1,110mm x 710mm x 820mm and each unit weighs 44kg when empty.
At a very reasonable £179.95 each (excluding VAT) and £215.94 including tax, you can make even greater savings if you buy five or more - you’ll pay just £169.95 per unit. They’re a reliable investment if your operation involves large scale material handling or bulk storage.
