Despatch of Goods

Goods will not be despatched until payment is received in full unless the customer is ordering on an established account.

Delivery Charges

This will be charged as an additional cost, unless otherwise specified. We will deliver goods to the Solent area or despatch nationwide via courier, which is priced on the customers’ location.

If delivery address is changed once goods have been dispatched, we reserve the right to pass on any additional courier charges for redirecting your delivery.

Delivery

We despatch orders as soon as possible. We use Next Day couriers and pallet services to enable us to reach customers quickly in the cheapest way possible. Locally we operate a van delivery service which covers the Solent area.

Whether stated verbally or by written quotation, the given delivery time is an estimate only and shall not be considered a contractual obligation. Once initial delivery is arranged by us it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are at the address to receive goods.

If delivery is missed by the customer, the carrier company will leave a card for contacting the depot. It is the customers responsibility to then arrange redelivery or collection from depot directly and not through ourselves.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you request the any of our couriers leave the goods unattended.

Returns

Goods may not be returned to us until we have been informed of reason for return and only then up to a maximum of 14 days from date of delivery.
Goods ordered in error will be subject to cost of original and return delivery. Goods that have been returned without authorisation will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if applicable. A refund will be made once we receive goods back in a satisfactory and unused / saleable condition.

Damage Claims / Incorrect Items

Please check the goods on delivery. It is the responsibility of person signing for delivery to check goods for damage and to sign as damaged if necessary. Missing, incorrect or damaged goods should be notified to ourselves via telephone or email preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods and no later than 7 days from delivery.

Only notify us of damage once all delivered items have been checked, as we can only accept the first notification of damages, further notification of damages would not be accepted.

We request that you dispose of any damaged goods only once a refund or replacement has been agreed. We do not normally collect damaged items, but reserve the right to do this if necessary.

Any damages may need to be evaluated by us, if necessary by means of a photo provided by customer. We reserve the right to refund and not replace damaged items.
