The Loadhog Pallet Lid is a robust plastic injection moulded lid that features built in 2 metre long retractable hooked straps with integrated tensioners.
The Loadhog Pallet Lid allows a total revision of the pallet wrapping process, saving at least 2 minutes of labour time per pallet on each usage and saving time at other end for unwrapping.
Cost of stretch wrap, banding and other materials are eliminated and waste packaging at other end is eliminated.
Strap length 2000mm which enables goods to be stacked to approx. 2m high.
The Loadhog Pallet Lid enables double stacking of pallets that can save space and increase vehicle fill up to 50%.
Lids are available with 2 or 4 straps. 2 Straps is sufficient for most even lightweight loads. 4 straps provide extra stability and is recommended for any heavyweight or uneven loads.
Hand holes for easy handling of lids, which stack securely when not in use.
* Loadhog lids are compatible with most plastic pallets. However, we strongly advise that before purchasing you contact us to identify your plastic pallets to ensure suitability that hooks are compatible.
